A prospective, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial conducted on 60 postmenopausal subjects over 60 days with a daily dose of 300 mg/day Vitalady®. The study evaluated the Blatt Kupperman Index (overall menopausal symptom score), total vasomotor symptom score (hot flushes & night sweats), and parameters for sleep, mood and irritability.
